TPO coated metal sheets
	Our TPO flat sheets are a 24-gauge galvanized steel sheet that is coated with a layer of .025″ non-reinforced TPO, or PVC. Membrane may be welded directly to the coated metal, eliminating the need for adhesive strips. The sheets can be cut to the appropriate width and used to fabricate metal drip edges or other roof perimeter edging profiles. The metal is available in 4′ by 10′ sheets
Round pipe flashing
	Round Pipe Flashings are not universal, but they install faster and look better. Round pipe flashings are closed and made to fit snugly over the penetration. They are made from reinforced membrane which most professional roofing applicators prefer over detail membrane or premolded membrane because reinforced is stronger. The most common application for these pipe seals or flashings is plumbing vent pipes.
Closed square flashing
	Square/Rectangular Flashings are pre-fabricated flashings made from 60 mil reinforced membrane. FlashJack Square/Rectangular Flashings are designed to snugly fit over square and rectangular penetrations. Our design provides a fast, simple solution to waterproofing posts, columns, and other square penetrations found on membrane roofs and decks. Closed Square/Rectangular Flashings are custom made to fit the dimensions provided by the customer.
Closed conical flashing
	Closed Conical Pipe Flashings are Factory Certified prefabricated flashings made from 60 mil reinforced membrane. These flashings are cut-to-size during installation to snugly fit over cylindrical penetrations found on low slope roofs. Closed Conical Flashings come in a variety of standard sizes, designed to accommodate common cylindrical penetrations. Each Conical Pipe Flashing is designed to fit a range of penetration diameters while maintaining a riser height of at least 6” or greater.
Molded pipe seals
	Molded Universal Pipe Seal is designed to accommodate standard pipes ranging in size from 1” to 6” diameter. A sizing chart is stamped on every boot. A quick-set stainless-steel hose clamp is included to secure the collar around the penetration. The injection molded, stepped rib design, keeps the ring clamp in place and provides an easy guide for cutting. Molded Pipe Seals save up to 60% on labor and provide a dependable method of Flashing a wide range of round penetrations.
Round split flashing
	Split Pipe Flashings are Factory Certified prefabricated flashings made from 60 mil reinforced membrane. They are designed to encircle common cylindrical penetrations where typical “closed” flashings are unable to pass over obstructions like railings, crossbars, caps, collars, and other fittings. We offer a range of sizes from 1” in diameter to 6” in diameter. The standard riser height is 8”.
Square split flashing
	FlashWrap Square Split Flashings are Factory Certified prefabricated flashings made from 60 mil reinforced membrane. FlashWrap Square Split Flashings are designed to envelop common square penetrations where typical “closed” boots are unable to pass over obstructions like railings, crossbars, post-caps, and other fittings. This design provides a fast, simple solution to waterproofing posts, columns, and other square penetrations found on membrane roofs and decks. We offer a wide range of standard sizes from 2×2” square up to 6×6” square. The standard riser height is 8”. Rectangles, custom sizes, and custom colors made to order.
Split Conical Pipe Flashing
	Split Conical Pipe Flashings are Factory Certified prefabricated flashings made from 60 mil reinforced membrane. They are designed to encircle common cylindrical penetrations where typical “closed” cones are unable to pass over obstructions like railings, crossbars, caps, collars, and other fittings. Our Conical Split Flashings come in a variety of standard sizes, each designed to fit a range of penetration diameters while maintaining a riser height of at least 6” or greater with a 1” overlap at the split. Square top vent
	Square-Top Roof Vents are Factory Certified prefabricated vents used as one-way breather vents. Square-Top FlashVents are constructed with a 60 mil reinforced membrane boot over an 8.25” diameter steel sub base. The sub-base opening is covered with 1/8” screen mesh to help prevent unwanted pest intrusion. The 10”x10” hood is constructed with 26g painted steel. Breather vents help deliver pressure equalization within the roofing assembly to reduce moisture and release trapped air. One-way Square-Tops vents allow trapped air pressure to escape and are often used in conjunction with two-way breather vents. Custom colors are also available.

EZ flapper exhaust
	EZ Flapper is a rooftop exhaust vent equipped with hinged baffles and screen. (Screens can be removed to prevent debris build up in dryer applications). The sub base and hood are installed separately to accommodate the 60 mil reinforced flashing. The sub base meets the minimum 8” height requirement for most commercial low slope roofing systems. Hoods are available in a range of colors to better match the color of the membrane. EZ Flapper vents are available in 4 standard sizes: 4”, 6”, 8” and 10’’ diameter. Custom sizes, colors, and configurations are available on request.
Flashing and sub base vents
	Sub Base and Flashing are used to flash vent pipes and other penetrations on the roof. The Sub Base and Flashing vent has two pieces and is assembled in the field. It is quickly and easily installed by placing the sub base over the penetration and fastening it to deck. The prefabricated membrane flashing is placed over the sub base, then heat welded to the deck. Pre-fabricated Sub Base and Flashings are made with a 26 ga. galvanized metal sub base and a 60 mil. reinforced membrane flashing. The vents are 8” high meeting the minimum height requirement for low slope systems. Counter flashing the vent pipe requires a storm collar to be placed just above the sub base and flashing.
T-top vents
	T-Top Roof Vents are prefabricated exhaust vents used for non-heated exhaust ventilation. T-Tops are designed for most single ply low slope roofing systems, eliminate field fabrication, and install in minutes. The strong galvanized steel sub-base meets the minimum 8” height requirement typically specified on low slope roofing systems. T-Top TPO flashing is factory welded reinforced membrane and has a three-inch weldable flange. The T-shaped hood is made of SMP painted steel, closely matching the color of the TPO, and is designed with ends or “ears.” T-Top vents are not for use in dryer exhaust applications, instead we recommends its EasyFlapper™ for dryer vent applications. All T-Top vents come standard with an 1/8” galvanized wire mesh, and are available in three standard sizes: 4”, 6”, 8” and boxed.
Vent assemblies
	Vent Assemblies are pre-fabricated vents primarily used for heated exhaust applications. Vent Assemblies are made with 3 pieces and are assembled in the field. The vents are located on the roof deck and easily installed by placing the sub base over the penetration and fastening the sub base to deck through the metal flange. The pre-fabricated membrane flashing is then placed over the sub base and the membrane flange is heat welded to the deck. Lastly, the aluminum top, acting as a counter flashing, is fastened to the sub base and flashing section of the Vent Assembly. Vent Assemblies are constructed with a 26 ga. metal sub base, a reinforced 60 mil. membrane flashing, and an aluminum top. Vent Assemblies are typically used for heated exhaust venting natural gas furnaces, but can be also used for other exhaust ventilation such as bathroom and kitchen fans. The aluminum top acts as a counter flashing eliminating the need for a storm collar.
Gravity vents
	Gravity Vents are prefabricated vents which allow free flowing air between the vented area and exterior of the structure. This allows heat or contaminant air to exit the vented space and aid in avoiding exhaust and heat buildup. Gravity vents are placed on the roof deck and easily installed by lifting up the membrane flange and fastening the sub base to the deck. Gravity Vents are constructed with a coated metal base flashing, a reinforced membrane flange, a painted hood, 26 Ga. galvanized baffles and 1/8”x1/8” galvanized mesh screen (meets CA Fire Code). The coated metal and membrane are made to be compatible with the roofing system. Baffles are used to help prevent wind driven rain and the wire mesh is incorporated on top of the sub base to keep insects out.
Square top gravity vent
	Square-Top Roof Vents are Factory Certified prefabricated vents, primarily used as gravity vents. Square-Top FlashVents are constructed with a 60 mil reinforced membrane boot over an 8.25” diameter steel sub base. The sub-base opening is covered with 1/8”screen mesh to help prevent unwanted pest intrusion. The 10”x10” hood is constructed with 26g painted steel. Custom colors are also available.
Plumbing vent pipe flashing
	Plumbing Vent Pipe Flashings are pre-fabricated plumbing vent flashings and counter flashings. This two-part system is a superior termination design compared to the traditional hose clamp and caulking method, both aesthetically and functionally, providing faster install times and an attractive finish to any roof. FlashCap Plumbing Vent Pipe Flashings are available in four standard sizes to fit the following nominal pipe sizes: 1.5”, 2”, 3”, and 4”.
Eyebrow wall vent
	Eyebrow Wall Vents are prefabricated gravity vents commonly used on 45-90 degree parapet brace walls to allow free flowing air between the vented area and exterior of the structure. Often membrane is installed up walls making waterproofing of typical wall vents challenging, but this innovative design allows the vent to be securely fastened to studs in the wall through the coated metal front flange prior to heat welding the pre-attached membrane flange. The vent’s eyebrow style hood extends below the vent opening, and is designed to prevent the possibility of wind driven rain from entering the structure. Eyebrow Wall Vents are constructed of TPO coated metal with a reinforced TPO membrane flange. Eyebrow Wall Vents are designed for ease of application and require no field fabrication, thereby greatly reducing labor costs. Standard sizes are 18” (50 square inches Net Free Area) and 24” (120 square inches Net Free Area).
Louver wall vent
	Louver Wall Vents are prefabricated gravity vents, located on low slope roofs which allow free flowing air between vented area and exterior of the structure. Louvered wall vents typically fit between two studs and the standard installation involves fastening the vent inside the louver directly into the studs. The vent can also be fastened through the coated metal front flange prior to heat welding the pre-attached membrane flange. Louver Wall Vents are constructed with painted metal and a TPO, or PVC membrane front flange to easily integrate with the roof membrane.
Wall vent
	Wall Vents are prefabricated gravity vents commonly used on 90 degree parapet walls to allow free flowing air between the vented area and exterior of the structure. Often membrane is installed up walls making waterproofing of typical wall vents challenging, but this innovative design allows the vent to be securely fastened to studs in the wall through the coated metal front flange prior to heat welding the pre-attached membrane flange. The vent’s hood is designed to restrict the possibility of wind driven rain from entering the structure. Wall Vents are constructed of TPO, or PVC coated metal with a reinforced TPO, or PVC membrane flange. Wall Vents are designed for ease of application and require no field fabrication, thereby greatly reducing labor costs. Standard sizes are 12” , 16“ and 24”.
